WHY DO OUR APES NEED YOUR HELP?

Your generosity protects apes who have suffered so much at the hands of humans, and who were rescued from terrible situations of abuse. You can help provide delicious food, enrichment, first-class medical treatment and expert daily care from our dedicated carers.

No gift is too small.

Be their voice and share our giving page, make a donation (any amount truly helps), or set up your own fundraiser. Please ask friends to donate on this day too and make your impact go even further.

The trauma most of the apes in our care experienced is hard to comprehend. Many were poached from the wild, their parents killed, so they could then be sold into the illegal pet trade. Then, they lived in horrible small cages as a pet, all for the sake of human selfishness.

Be part of their story and help them in this new chapter of life at the WFFT sanctuary.
